Immunity Boosting Foods?

- A balanced daily diet with 2-4 times fruits & vegetables, 1-2 times good protein (vegetarian source: legumes, beans, low fat dairy; Non-veg sources: lean chicken, egg white), 1 time curd/buttermilk & 1-2 times regular/brown rice. (1/2)

Foods those contain potential immunity booster vitamins, minerals & antioxidants:
1. Citrus fruits(Vitamin C): Lemon, orange, pineapple, papaya
2. Vitamin D: Milk & product & sunlight(morning 7 to 10 am)
3. Green/ginger/basil tea
4. Yogurt or curd
+ 8 to 10 glasses of water (2/2)
