I spent 4 hours on Lower Broadway Friday night as Nashville& #39;s health director + officers tried to get tourists to wear masks.

But Dr. Caldwell says he& #39;s not frustrated, seeing progress each day.
On Friday he asked for volunteers from health dept. to join him to support police.
Only two showed up. Maggie Sanchez, a 15 year employee and Sarah Kingsbury, a contact tracer on her 2nd day on the job.
