1. White people do not have the monopoly on mental health issues. Mental health is important, but try to be cognizant of whose mental health you are consistently prioritizing.

2. Consider what youâre construing as an attack and from whom and why. What specifically are you angry about? Consider the possibility that it might just be someone expressing themselves directly without an over abundance of hedging.
Consider the possibility that itâs them expressing themselves at all.
This is responding to a few generalizations on things that Iâm seeing.
I was writing these as two largely unrelated issues bc Iâve seen a fair amount of things where one or the other apply, but now Iâm actually feeling like thereâs a huge amount of overlap that boils down to consistent victimization of ww and villainization of woc that is based in
the POV that only ww are allowed to truly feel or react to pain
