They have exploited all of my hard work, ideas, and talent for the last 3 years. I had very little help from them as my Franchisers. I’ve been told I’m not allowed to deliver into their area(which was already in place before purchasing this store) but yet they continue to....

Deliver into my area. So they can steal off of my plate but not theirs. They only want to line their pockets instead of bettering their company. The total lack of structure and upper management in the franchise is appalling. My mixer has been broken since March....

ALSO, this thread is not to discredit Fellini’s as a company or the actual owners of the company. I still have the upmost respect for them as people and I wish them the best in every way possible. I have reached the peak of the ladder and want to persue a new journey
