Im like so close to just deleting this. Im not being ungrateful, or expecting others to feel the same, and im definately not inviting people to qt rt this saying that im not a real artist if i dont like these comments. It's just how i feel, i dont find comparisions compliments
In addition, i dont hate these comments. Theyre flattering until it becomes everyones go tos and more of a "hey youre copying that arent you?"

If youve commented like this, i honestly still love you and im glad you like my work to engage with it! I know in my heart of hearts no one is trying to make me feel lesser when they comment a comparison, it's my own inner insecurities that make those words hurt after time
Anyway im muting this thread for now. Thanks for understanding yall!! Everyones opinions on the matter is valid and no one is correct, i just know my own feelings and i dont expect you to conform to it!
