We @CoalitionGoodGv filed this brief tonight seeking a Court order requiring paper backups for GA's raggedy unreliable electronic pollbooks. Their failures were the root cause of the long lines in June. All that was needed was a paper back up. 1/

2/ When the electronic pollbooks don't work, without a paper back up, the lines stop and workers can only issue provisional ballots.

Common sense would say have a paper back up. But for 2 years, @GaSecofState has refused, opting for long lines instead. Why would that be??

Our case for an auditable, accountable election in Nov. is active again in the Court as of Thursday. It is going to be an active and expensive fight for months.
