It’s okay to not be at your best always. It’s okay to take a break and rest. Your dreams will still be in reach no matter what, overworking yourself and pushing yourself too hard will only lead to your downfall. It’s okay to not be okay.
Mao Isara:
You don’t need to do things for others just to feel validated. I understand how you wish to help everyone to feel like you have purpose, but I promise you there are so many around you who would jump to help you out. Don’t take everything on your own. You matter too.

Despite what people may tell you, you’re your own person. You are unique and different, and you don’t need to fit into a mold created by those around you. Don’t take things so serious constantly, it’s okay to let loose and enjoy yourself too.
