The monument of the Human Rights in Paris was erected in 1989 on the occasion of the bicentenary of the Declaration of Human Rights under the presidency of François Mitterrand. https://twitter.com/HTchernobyl/status/1288482914905325569?s=20
Curiously, this monument is not the object of any publicity and detailed photographs are rare.

The monument is cold and its architecture is repulsive.
it is covered with esoteric symbols.
This could have remained anecdotal if we did not also find this quotation from Nicolas Poussin "ET IN ARCADIA EGO" on the canvas "Les Bergers d'Arcadie".

I will let that sink a little..
The general architecture is reminiscent of an ancient Judaic temple. All faces are different.
While it is clear that the aesthetics of the monument is questionable, the total absence of any indication, explanation, or any signature of the building adds to the mystery.
What is its exact purpose? Celebrate Human Rights? However, there are already many historic places in Paris that recall the anniversary of its constitution. Here, it's something else.
Each stone outline, each detail gives the strange impression that this monument is a book that we have kindly opened to the public for those who know how to read and interpret it ...
The building looks like a real small ancient temple placed on a terrace and accessible by a few steps.
Not just any temple ...

The door of the temple is framed by two columns, Boaz and Jachin which are those of the Temple of Solomon.
According to tradition, they had the particularity of not supporting anything and were intended to carry the starry vault of the universe. They were arranged outside, on the square.
On the left column called Boaz was engraved: "May the Lord establish forever the throne of David and his descendants". On the right column Jachin one could read: "In the power of the Lord, the King will rejoice"
Above the door, a bull's-eye guards the entrance, surrounded by an Ouroboros
The Oroboros symbolizes a cycle of evolution closed in on itself and which conveys ideas of movement, continuity, self-fertilization and therefore, of eternal return, death and resurrection , of eternity. It represents continuity, perfection, the Sun, God ...
We are therefore far from the Declaration of the Human rights ...
But maybe not that much.
Note the discreet of Ouroboros on the Declaration of Human Rights and the all-seeing eye
The chiseled door is a true masterpiece and a true concentrate of knowledge. But it is not a question of just any knowledge.
The engraving is extremely loaded with illustrations and historical and esoteric references. All the symbols are mixed together giving real dizziness.
We also find Egyptian gods, pyramids of all kinds, but also fictitious temples, Roman buildings, or symbolic monuments of Paris. Architecture is only a tiny part of the topics covered. We also see zodiacal representations, or drawings from the cosmological researchs.
This profusion of Masonic science would have remained tasteless if it were not for this detail which links the door of the Temple of Solomon to the secret of the two "Rennes".
"ET IN ARCADIA EGO" is there to remind us ...
The title Et in Arcadia Ego does not include a conjugated verb, which is lawful in Latin.

Some have postulated that Et in Arcadia Ego is the anagram of “I! Tego arcana dei ”, that is to say:“ Go! I have the secret of God. "
Others claim that the sentence is missing the verb sum and that the extrapolated expression ("Et in Arcadia Ego sum") would have an anagram "Iesu Arcam dei tango", which would mean "I touch the tomb of God - Jesus ”.
However,
if some engravings are understandable, others are much less..
As you make the effort to examine the bronze door, a profusion of both historical and futuristic details emerge.
Why then such an inventory? Looking at it very closely, we have here a real firework of images taken directly from the most beautiful fictional comics.
A flying saucer or a tomb under a pyramid?
Obviously, this door is far from ordinary ...
The door also includes famous Freemasonry formulas: "The French people recognize the the supreme being and the immortality of the soul" and "Unity and indivisibility of the republic. Liberty, equality, fraternity or death."
Hidden in the middle of the door we have perhaps a beginning of explanation of this whirlwind of knowledge, since the title is: "exhibition of the system of the world" ... nothing less
Note also this particularly obscure sentence: Workshops for workers intended for manufacturing the Circles placed in the center of four Roads".
At the back of the monument, two dark obelisks give an Egyptian aesthetic to the whole. The obelisks are not left out of symbolic writings. They are covered with inscriptions and Masonic signs.
On the right column, note the parallel that is drawn between the Tables of the Law and the Declaration of the Humans Rights.
Two statues adorn the monument, but there is no clear indication to identify them. Like everything else, they are covered with inscriptions and hermetic symbols.
Those who love deciphering and the mystery of details will be delighted. The statues are full of references in very varied fields and in very different representations. This profusion of historical texts and drawings has been carefully chosen.
A series of Hebrew texts enamelled with crests and profiles decorate the tunic from top to bottom. All texts are vertical and in Hebrew. All except one, horizontal...
Exodus 34

Each surface is a pretext to display extracts from a sacred book or an illustration linked to architecture, cartography, or science.

Here, one of the bases of the statues.
And as if to make us understand that supreme knowledge is only accessible to an elite, here is a discreet and well staged peephole. a small equilateral triangle about 6 cm wide invites the observer to come and see it more closely. (6.6.6)
The central medallion signs the monument and gives its definitively Masonic character. We see a handshake symbolizing the brotherhood between Freemasons.
Below the cornucopia, jewel of the master of banquets, crosses with a caduceus. Around, multiple medals commemorate the most illustrious Freemasons ...
Discreet ventilation outlets are distributed at regular intervals around the Temple and at the height of the terrace. The existence of an underground room is therefore very probable.
Alignments ..

Two meridians vertically cut Paris. The first passes through the Saint-Sulpice church. The second (meridian 0) crosses the old Paris Observatory which is the point of reference.
These two meridians, although very close, are spaced approximately 150 m apart. We find on meridian 0, the glass pyramid of the Louvre, but also other remarkable places .
However, an interesting alignment is that which links the Observatory, the Human Rights Monument..
.. and the Arche of fraternity (Arche de la defense).
Here is why the monument is off-center compared to the symmetry of the "Champ de Mars". It had to be connected directly to the Observatory and therefore to the 0 meridian.
François Mitterrand participated in the pursuit of a great symbolic and topographical work in Paris.

If we take for example the great project of the Mr Peï's glass pyramid of at the Louvre, it is placed on the 0 meridian..
All this is part of what is called "the Great Works of François Mitterrand" also including the Arch of Defense, the François-Mitterrand Library, and the most initiatory of all: the Major Axis in Cergy.
