if you find someone / something triggering a negative emotion in you, sit back and think why does this specific thing make you feel that way. Trace it back to when you first felt that way, and then you can begin to heal that wound -
A lot of times, we may not actually be reacting to the situation at hand, more like the projection we place apon it. ie, we see the situation a certain way, due to our past experiences. Nothing wrong with that, but recognise that as the reason, it’ll allow you to heal
You might meet people in your life that seem to trigger a lot of fears in you. This isn’t a bad thing, it’s just being shown to you what needs to heal. If you’d like to see a thread on good ways to heal inner wounds or my own advice I’d be happy to make one
