A comprehensive, illustrated thread of Landon being problematic:

( @LegaciesW, I hope y'all are doing this on purpose and a lesson is on its way)
First off, there's no consistency between what he says and what he does:
He didn't show concern for Josie before, during or after the Dark Josie arc (except for when he tried to tell Hope to calm down about it)
(If you think that the prior picture was him deflecting, he still lied)
Now onto the unhealthy communication in his relationship with Hope:
Yikes
When I first transferred this caption, I accidentally wrote "... I'm gonna work that much harder to change it back", then I caught it, added the "make you" part, and laughed because it's worse
I, too, love it when my partner completely rejects my rare attempts to open up about my soul-shattering trauma
It was completely reasonable for Hope to be hesitant to trust him again, then he guilt tripped her because he felt entitled to her trust.
In closing, here's a (truncated) collage of Landon ending arguments with Hope by stonewalling/abandoning her & triggering her complex trauma:
(Disclaimer: I know that this flashback was partly caused by the dress but I think Hope would've been able to hold herself together if Landon hadn't ditched her)
In summary, it would be totally in character for Landon to leave Hope at the altar & she deserves better
