rereading victoria was the best thing i have done this week to be honest its one of the best enstars stories and it really showcases mika and shus relationship in a positive light, instead of portraying them like in most stories where its just shu doing his thing &+

being generally mean to mika and mika being all like oshisan!! oshisan!! and acting like hes not human or whatever bs hes on, it shows us vallyrie from a really good side. arashi herself said she feels like theyre a family [sc]. victoria portrays mika and shu in a really healthy+

dynamic imo as is shows shu's "mentor" side off and the writers even made him entrust mika with mademoiselle (!) and idk it feels like shu is Kind of like a big brother to mika? who guides him in everything? and who mika can rely on? i really wish this side of valkyries+

relationship was explored further because its genuinely so nice to read abt it instead of. idk. whatever the fuck mikas first idol story was abt where he was shown to be unable to live without shu when hes abroad (erasing the crumbs of development he got in !). akira take notes

to be clear: i dont ship mikashu romantically but i really like to read about valk and explore their relationship with themselves and with other characters since theyre both really interesting and complex... i have my hopes up for the valk !! event thats, unfortunately due.

adding to this thread: i also really loved how akira decided not to write arashi off as someone who hates shu and wants to beat him up for being mean to mika and instead he made her acknowledge shu as someone who really cares about mika in his own eccentric way
