Acknowledge all manner of damage they have done to "original residents" of that neighborhood for "occupation."
Make multiple promises of hires and purchases from black businesses.
And, it's not a threat, but the repercussions if you don't agree are harassment and boycotts.
It's not meant to be a threat, but nice business you got there. Would be a shame if anything happened to it.
You can see this "contract" here. I hesitate to even call it a contract because there is basically no consideration flowing from BLM to the business owners.
