Me again! If you were going to make a list for an adult human, of everyday things needing doing to a) keep a household ticking over and b) keep your own mental and physical health in good shape, what would you include? Trying to put together a resource for others as well as me.x
Nothing is too obvious to not include. So I'll start with:
- go to bed at the same time each night
- limit screen time before bed
- eat wholegrains, fruit, veg, protein, fats
- open your fucking mail and deal with it (that's aimed at me, here)
- tidy up after yourself, esp at EOD
- make your bed when you get out of it
- open curtains (festering in the dark is a sign that I'm in decline)
- wash every morning
- and evening
- drink enough fluids
- limit caffeine intake
- put clean clothes on every day
- okay every other day
- well change your pants anyway
- okay I'm exhausted now just thinking about how to human properly, over to you
