I implore everyone that if you& #39;re going through a bad time please, please, please do NOT take it out on those around you - dealing with our own mental health sucks but it is no excuse to treat other people horribly especially if they have their own issues to deal with. (1/7)

There are many wonderful helpful and empathetic people in this world whose hearts will bleed for the pain and suffering of others, but it gives no one any reason to pressure them to the point where they feel drained and even worse mentally by the way you treat them. (2/7)

Apologizing for hurting others is all well and good in this world if you actually work on fixing the issue, but if you do not strive to actively improve yourself your apologies will eventually becoming meaningless. (3/7)

Another thing is no one should ever guilt trip anyone into staying around in their life, if you find someone is not good for you or your mental health you have every right to distance yourself and walk away from them. (4/7)

Yes we all understand change does not occur over a few days, but when weeks, and even months have been given with 0 progress there has to be a line drawn somewhere, no one should sacrifice their own mental health to keep someone else afloat. (5/7)

It pains me to have to walk away from someone in need, it really does. I& #39;ve spent my whole life giving to others and helping others even when I& #39;ve had to make a sacrifice myself, but recently the sacrifice to myself became too great and I& #39;ve had to walk away. (6/7)
