"Open minded bukan artinya menerima semua pendapat", no. Open minded is accepting every opinion. When you disagree with something, it means you closed your mind on something. "Open minded bukan toleran pada semua pendapat," no. Open minded is being tolerant to every argument.
You disagree with the same sex marriage before you debate this in a logical manner? Then you& #39;re closed minded on that matter. You disagree with LGBT, abortion, marxism, liberalism, God& #39;s existence, everything, before you have loads of objective facts, then you& #39;re close minded.
If you believe that God exists and you deny the argument that says God doesn& #39;t exist before you debate with a logical manner (which on this matter, you can& #39;t) then you& #39;re close-minded.
Is that wrong? No.

An open mind, like an open mouth, should eventually close on something. To be tolerant of everything means to value nothing. Stop striving so damn bad to be an extreme open-minded person. It doesn& #39;t mean you& #39;re smart. It doesn& #39;t mean you& #39;re always right. Vice versa.
The wrong point in the argument and some of the replies is not limiting our mind with a dogmatic religion beliefs. It is wrong when you lie and change the definition of open-minded just because you want to be an open minded person.
Stop being so ashamed just because we close our mind to value something important.
