Community Quarantine can only be effective if it’s armed and partnered with a definitive plan & action of mass testing + contact tracing + medical treatment/assistance. Without that, we are just delaying, causing more people to go hungry & businesses to close down permanently

I am appealing to all gov institutions, National & Local, to pls work together, communicate & have a cohesive plan. Let’s forget about what should have been done, but just do what should be done NOW. Being a type of person who likes to plan & likes details.. I can’t help but keep thinking of what else can be done, leaving medical stuff to the experts, I can’t help but come up with some suggestions.. this is just me & my suggestions thread. I’m not saying that these are great ideas or the right ideas/suggestions, as I know some may have their own opinions, but it’s for my sanity to think that maybe if at least 1 can happen, maybe it can help somehow? Somewhere? It’s my thread, so if it pains u to read, dont read.
1st suggestion:
I think the government should hire a corporate/business advertising agency, that’s not political, but is very experienced in communication. So we, the people, can get better information (with matching graphs & pictures) at a more steady, standard / regular time.

2nd suggestion:
we should look at a month-long / or a more definitive plan and not an update every 2 weeks. It’s hard on budget planning & the uncertainty is too stressful, emotionally, mentally & spritually.

can the local government provide free washable masks to those who can’t afford in their city? Can it be color coded? Ex. Rainbow colors (roygbiv) Red for Monday, Orange for Tuesday.. so ul know immediately if the ppl outside r using the right masks even from afar

4th suggestion:
can we have an app where it shows where the infected went or had been?So people will know which areas are more prone for virus?Generally, can we just have an app abt everything covid? Where an online specialist can also help concerns of ppl who might be infected?

5th suggestion:
while everyone else are inside their homes, everyone that’s outside should ALL be tested, and strapped if cleared, so, the government can slowly isolate the infected people to receive proper treatments. Without strap clearance, cannot be loitering outside.

6th suggestion:
instead of Ayuda, can the government just contract food businesses to cater / send food to each community in need instead? Helps businesses at the same time can be assured that these are delivered, as the barangays can monitor. Transparency is key.

7th suggestion:
can there be a special secluded Covid Wards in every City? Where they don’t need to go in to any hospital? To avoid contact with other patients with other sicknesses? So we can also better protect other health workers that are not related to covid treatments?

in these Covid Wards, can at least a Tent with foldable beds & AC be setup beside it for our HCW to rest and shower, eat and stay? Where people’s support of food or amenities can also be dropped off for their use? Given directly or specifically to them?

9th suggestion:
Can all stores with frontage or building fronts put up a tent or tents right outside their store/establishments, so it can serve as shade, so people who don’t have transpo can walk on the sidewalks? We all can walk anyway, esp if there’s shade

10th suggestion:
Can we have TV Networks help in providing education for most students who cannot go to school?Even for just 1 hour a day. We can start at 8am till 8pm, 1 hr per year or grade. Ex. 8am - grade 1, 9am - grade 2... and split into different channels to be fair to all
