There is no law limiting how many email accounts you have. That would be a super dumb law, anyway. So make as many as you reasonably can, not just for flexibility but for authentication purposes on public networks/machines.
From a basic counterintelligence perspective, it may seem like it could be helpful to deliberately introduce accounts with comically simple passwords and no 2FA. I have a handful, and it is extremely interesting who logs in to "read my email" (read: zero email of consequence)
