Backup and wipe your phone. Don't store ANY confidential info. #Protests have #Stingray cellphone monitors you're being bugged. Cellphones should not unlock with face/fingerprint. Don't count on keeping your phone. Burner phones bought for cash as gifts are almost anonymous 2/8

DON'T LIVE-STREAM ANYTHING! The Internet is forever. For collecting evidence save it to the Cloud first. We've given intel to @DHSgov thugs, @PortlandPolice and every racist org in town.

Make sure you have contacts who will notice if they "Disappear" you. Be careful who you trust. Have 3 people you REALLY trust who have three people they really trust and so on. No one needs names just a method of contact. Use backup emails and phone numbers (Google Phone) 4/8

If you find yourself in a #protest DON'T PANIC. You've sanitized your phone and were very careful in choosing your "Disappear contact" Send word or not depending on your arrangement and decide if you want to stay. Be aware. Look around. What do you know about where you stand? 5/8

Check the vehicles, see an LRAD? Who are The Bad Guys anonymous Feds or @PortlandPolice? See any badges? Where are TBG, how are they armed? See any lethal weaponry?
