Our Interventions emphasize metacognitions or dharana.
Dharana on the thought ridden mind.
Every human being has the potential to strengthen their Self awareness.This core tenet has to be understood.
Today CBT is obsolete.Western interventionists are moving towards mindfulness
Mindfulness is a buzz word today. Where is it copied and appropriated from??? And secularized too.
