If your answer is choice 1, your risk is 10%.
2. Do you always use protection when you engage in sexual intercourse?
If your answer is No, your risk is 10%.
3. Have you gone for HIV testing in the last 6 months and know your status?
If your answer is No, your risk is 10%
4. Have you slept with someone on the first time meeting them?
If your answer is yes, your risk is 10%
5. Do you know the status of the person you last slept with?
If your answer is No, your risk is 10%
6. Do you always demand protection before you are about to engage in sex?
If your answer is No, your risk is 10%
7. For females: While having sex, did your partner whose HIV status you do not know, take off a condom and you agreed? Males: Did you take off a condom in the middle of sex with a partner whose HIV status you didn't know?
If your answer is yes, your risk is 10%
8. Why did you decide to have unprotected sex with the last person you slept with unprotected ?
If your is choice 1), your risk is 10%.
9. Before you engage in sex, do you worry most about all STIs or only HIV?
If your answer is choice 1, your risk is 10%
10. Have you had an STI before other than HIV?
If your answer is yes, your risk is 10%
