Black kids being forced to unlearn their AAVE, Caribbean dialect and Accents or else we would fail in life, only for yt and non-black POC to come on here and call us sensitive for being uncomfortable with them saying "Chile finess yasss finna periodt boo"

Just gonna add to this and say I feel a lot of non-black people have no idea how demonized our languages still are. Black parents will literally spend their life savings sending their kids to yt schools in hopes their child can speak "proper" english and get a job in the Americas

Parents will literally beat their children if they so much as stumble on their grammar. So yeah, sorry if I feel a little "uncomfy" with you using our languages as some sort of cute haha kiki gimmick when we are literally forced to unlearn our culture and language.

!!IMPORTANT!! Just adding to this but i've been corrected that it's Caribbean Language and not dialect! The fact that i'm from the Caribbean and i don't even see some of my own fellow countries languages as actual languages shows how deep rooted racism still is.
