What types of targets carry the most fantasy appeal and which WRs are getting those targets the most?

Michael Thomas and Tyreek Hill are unique scorers, targets from Russell Wilson are fantasy-rich, who are high upside targets and who is overvalued? https://bit.ly/2XkoBUW 
⏺️No RB has scored a higher % of his RuTDs from 1-2 yards than Leonard Fournette.

⏺️Just 2 of Joe Mixon's career RuTD have come from 10+ yards.

⏺️David Johnson has not scored a RuTD from over 6 yards out since 2016.

•Gardner Minshew finished in the top half of weekly scoring in 10/12 starts.
•9 were vs D in the bottom half in pass efficiency allowed.
•He averaged 17.6 PPG in those games.

➡️75% of the Saints TDs in 2019 were passing (4th).
➡️Drew Brees had a career-high 7.1% PaTD%.
➡️In Alvin Kamara’s first two years, NO was 2nd (50%) & 4th (53.5%) in RuTD%.

The Ravens scored on 57.0% of their offensive possessions in 2019, matching the 2007 Patriots for the highest scoring rate per drive since 2000.

The Washington Football Team was just the second team over the past 10 years to run fewer than 900 offensive plays in a season.

Under Ryan Tannehill, the Titans scored a TD on 26/30 of their possessions that ended inside of the red zone.

Their 75.6% season-long RZTD% was the highest % in the 2000s. This is while ranking 25th in % of drives to reach the red zone at 25.6%. https://bit.ly/3grdFfy
