In brief, Robert Withers was found to have committed serious misconduct and sanctioned by @UKCP_Updates for breaking confidentiality, on 4 instances using client material without permission, then not desisting when directly instructed to by the client.

Bob Withers has been platformed on multiple occasions by @DailyMailUK, @thismorning & @GMB as a ‘trans expert’. Now that he’s been sanctioned for professional misconduct by @UKCP_Updates, I trust his contributions will be viewed for what it is: opportunistic transphobic lobbying!
