Sorry if I am late! #RPGADAY2020
1. Beginning
It all started in Reddit, I guess. Joining xpowers subreddits and joining play-by-post campaigns.
Until I got sucked in at Discord RP servers.
However, these campaigns never finished, either I was kicked out due to inactivity or the game was abandoned.
Nevertheless, it remained a good foundation for me to eventually create RPGs myself.
2. Change
But that did not last long.
I lost interest eventually, partly due to school work.
Even though I did my best to become active, there will be times that play will be interrupted or cancelled for some reason.
However, everything changed when I decided to make a itch account. Initially, I made it to receive a game reward for joining an online raffle, but on May 14-16, as quarantine rages in full swing at my area, it grew to something more.
The hunger for RPGs grew when I decided to check Free League's website out of curiosity. Since there are quickstart guides available I quickly decided to download it, but it eventually leads me to scouring every RPG in existence on Itch (as well as other things related to that...
...matter, like visiting Cascade Effect's website and downloading their html rules by converting it into a PDF).

Nevertheless, my exposure to various types of RPGs helped me give inspiration and tips to make one myself.

It eventually bear fruit later on.

Day 3: Thread

To be honest I am not sure how to start this....

Nevermind.

I have an idea already.
Let us just say that my games represent a long-winding thread of a newfound hobby/side hustle.

It started out as a a desire to express some of my deep-seated feelings or desires, then it grew into something more...
I eventually became when glamour dies, my first published RPG about glamour and mystery.

Then came we dream and die, which is a concrete manifestation of my fantasies and wonders about wish fulfillment.
Afterwards, the spaces between dreams became the manifestation of my interest in the liminal space aesthetic, among other things.

And finally, Go Beyond You seeks to solve and fulfill my desire of a flexible system for mods and implants, not just on WSCA RPGs, but also on...
...other games as well, due to me desiring a cyberpunk supplement that I cannot afford (despite my best efforts to reach out and get it for free).

In short, this thread hobby, especially amidst this pandemic, helps me express myself in a way that I can.
