An illiterate black South African, staying in the rural area doesn't fully comprehend the effect ANC looting has on their life. They know zero about Tax or how the economy works. They don't know that infact the government doesn't have any money, but it raises cash through Taxes!

They don't understand that what the ANC is looting is actually their money, it's their tax money. Even if they are unemployed, they contribute to the fiscus through paying VAT for whatever they buy, including food. This is why there's no widespread outrage for ANC looting!

This is also the reason why people keep on voting for the ANC back into power. The ANC is sustained by illiterate, gullible, poor black SAns who are clueless about issues at hand. Hence, the ANC will NEVER uplift poor black people because if they do that, they won't have votes.

Educated, independent black SAns in urban areas reject the ANC. The ANC lost JHB, Tshwane & NMB Municipalities precisely because of this fact. At this rate the ANC will soon find itself out in the cold. Soon people will reject them. 2021 LG Elections will be brutal for the ANC.
