I cannot even process the fact that how much humour has helped me during my setbacks and changed me as a person. I remember, for the first 15 years of life I had no sense of humour, forget having a bad one. Then, after having a couple of bad life experiences I changed.
Discovered the funny side of YouTube, content creators. I knew about BB Ki Vines but never watched it for its non-veg jokes. Honestly, after discovering @Bhuvan_Bam and watching his videos everyday I changed as a person, got over the bad experiences and moved on with life.
Then suddenly I developed an extremely witty and sardonic sense of humour, often cracking dark jokes, forget non-veg. Then again had a bad experience which was worse than before and affected my mental health badly. Again I discovered a different genre of comedy - Stand-ups.
I started watching @AbhiUpmanyu and @be_a_bassi. Yet again I moved on and in turn improved my sense of humour. Then came @thetanmay's YouTube channel providing various forms of entertainment. So, humour has always played an important role in helping me out of darkness.
And I will always be thankful to every creator to helped me get up on my feet again. And this thread cannot end without mentioning @BeerBicepsGuy, @ashchanchlani, @BeYouNick182 and @8bit_thug for the positivity they provided me through their videos, podcasts and live streams.
