Going to be personal here, don't usually do this. Today's been another huge kick in the balls on top of what's been a tough 18 months mentally.

Thought I'd reel off some things I've done to help myself. This may help someone or may help no one but here goes nothing.
See a therapist if possible.

I couldn't speak highly enough of the independent safe space it gives you.
Get off Instagram.

I deactivated just over a fortnight now and it's stopped me getting invested in other people's lives. It's a toxic platform based on oneupsmanship and it's not healthy.
Take up a new hobby or something to fill time.

Bought myself a guitar, something I've wanted to learn for yonks. Gives you something to do and it's great for mindfulness.
Write a journal.

I've been doing entries every night for about a month now and it's therapeutic. You can be honest with yourself and writing about things you're looking forward to puts you in a good mood going to bed.
Try and meditate, do breathing exercises.

It's cliche and might not work for everyone but it's worth a go.
Look for relatable content.

Have found things on Reddit and some podcasts that are helpful, it's nice knowing there's other people in your position.
