Get off Instagram.

I deactivated just over a fortnight now and it& #39;s stopped me getting invested in other people& #39;s lives. It& #39;s a toxic platform based on oneupsmanship and it& #39;s not healthy.
Take up a new hobby or something to fill time.

Bought myself a guitar, something I& #39;ve wanted to learn for yonks. Gives you something to do and it& #39;s great for mindfulness.
Write a journal.

I& #39;ve been doing entries every night for about a month now and it& #39;s therapeutic. You can be honest with yourself and writing about things you& #39;re looking forward to puts you in a good mood going to bed.
Try and meditate, do breathing exercises.

It& #39;s cliche and might not work for everyone but it& #39;s worth a go.
Look for relatable content.

Have found things on Reddit and some podcasts that are helpful, it& #39;s nice knowing there& #39;s other people in your position.
Anyway that& #39;s been my Ted Talk for today, I hope this has been an enlightening experience
