Somras/Shaantras. In other words we can say that in order to keep senses well behaved we have to follow the path of Satvikta or Righteousness @ RV 1.28.1

यत्र॒ ग्रावा॑ पृ॒थुबु॑ध्न ऊ॒र्ध्वो भव॑ति॒ सोत॑वे ।
उ॒लूख॑लसुताना॒मवेद्विं॑द् जल्गुलः॥

Translation:-

इन्द्र - Oh Indra!

यत्र - This work.

सोतवे - To put the drops of Somras in it.

पृथुबुध्नः - With thick roots.

ग्रावा - Stone.

ऊर्ध्व - Upper side.

भवति - To be.

उलखलसुतानाम् - squeezed into grinding stones.

अव इथे उ - Near.

जल्गुलः - To drink.

Explanation:- This mantra is addressed to Indradev. Here he is requested to come for Anjanasva karma and drink Somras where it falls on the two grinding stones in such a way that it appears to drop on two wide and straight thighs.
