I don't tend to be interested in legal and procedural technicalities. I'm a Communist.
Also: not everyone is a mediocre liberal who believes in separation of powers.

Yes, some of us don't necessarily like the idea of a judiciary that is above and unaccountable to the people.
You can know how something works but not want it to work that way.

Not everyone's sense of self-importance is based on reading Social Studies books, conforming with and upholding the existing system, or getting a profession that relies on the current system's survival.

The principle of "separation of powers" and the existence of an "independent judiciary" have absolutely nothing to do with Democracy.

Democracy is simply about people collectively having power.

If you don't know the difference between Liberalism and Democracy, shut up.
