The best chance the GOP has for House and Senate races is for every incumbent whose seat is up for grabs this year to call for Trump's impeachment and removal over COVID-19 response.

He's a liability now. https://twitter.com/kylegriffin1/status/1289697417588117505
You might even be able to salvage Pence out of the whole deal to be the candidate for November since you can claim Donald interfered with his ability to lead the task force out of fears of how it'd impact his campaign. Shit writes itself.
What ticket is most likely to cause the fewest losses by November? Pence/(anyone) or Trump The Albatross?

It's pretty obvious I think. Especially since you have three months between now and the election. Can't do it any closer without risking the shock killing turnout.
You combine that with a HEROES act passage? Fewest possible losses. You can change the whole election strategy. Probably won't win the White House, but Congressional races could change dramatically.

Put it all on Trump. He'll be in jail or Moscow by this time next year anyway.
It's really easy for them to play damage control for 90 days and go back to business as usual. It'll be a lot harder to deal with tens of millions of very angry voters.
If anybody within GOP influence circles ever did read this thread, and found themselves agreeing with any part of it, understand two things:

1. You're agreeing with someone on the left.
2. When George fucking Will says he's voting for the Democrat, you have the wrong candidate.
