OKAY SO FIRST OF ALL LET ME GIVE YOU SOME BASIC INFO ABOUT RUMI WAKUI.
She's a 26 year old ex-office lady(OL) who got scouted after she laid off from her office job.
She is 168 cm in height, her birthday is April 7th and her hometown is Hiroshima.

i wanna use this thread as why she has such an impact on me.
First of all she is by no means extremely popular!! average popularity at best but her Ps are extremely dedicated! LawsonP also known as @/Sumikuzu is always retweeting Rumi related tweets too!

When you first look at her you probably think she's not interesting. "just an ex-office lady? isn't that really boring? Does she just talk about office things only?"(this is a bad example i can't word.)
BUT SHE'S NOT BORING! her development in the game is..honestly really good?
