so i decided for the month of august i wanted to go on a 31 day journey to become as fit as i can! i want to keep this thread to not only update my close friends and fam but to also hold myself accountable daily!
i don’t think i’ve worked out heavily the way i did since high school where i was my most fit (being an athlete), and i know the beginning will be hard but because of my personal competitive nature with myself i’m gonna get to my finish line 😌
day 1:
workout difficulty: 9/10
man what the fuck. today’s workout was intense cardio + abs and i want to lay here and never get up again. i had to take multiple breaks and/or modify some of the workouts but at least i did it.
also let’s remember that i’m not wonder woman, so not only will i keep myself accountable with this thread but i’m not going to bully myself either. i am human and i will have good days and bad days.
