so this is my 2nd DD thread on $atnm, I wanted to give it a second go as the 1st one I made was done in about about 5 minutes and I was also half in the bag(oops). Everything in this thread is my opinion and based on research I have gathered over the months. Lets get started...
I will talk about iomab b the big boy of the pipeline if you will, iomab b is in phase 3 which is the final proving stage before fda approval. iomab b treats aml (acute Myloid leukemia) so far far at 25% enrollment its had 100% success, at 50% enrollment 100% success rate to
bone marrow transplant (bmt). Right now we have been in a holding pattern as in april $atnm released pr saying they would be applying for an ad hoc analysis, an ad hoc is an early evaluation of a study cause you are confident in the findings!.AKA " Ay muhfucka we good, you good?"
based on there confidence in april I find no reason to believe 75% enrollment will be any different than 100% success, and FYI standard of care currently is 18% success rate, thats right 82% better than current treatment!!! $atnm
The $Atnm results from this analysis will probably be revealed December 5th at ash meeting.That is the common belief,so you have 3 months to position yourself to blast off to the moon! this thing will slowly tick up in anticipation until that point with the help of several other
catalyst that I will be discussing in this thread. I believe we will get an update at some point at 75% enrollment which will be coming any day now and I do expect 100% success rate as the past few updates have shown! this will obviously drive the stock price up (catalyst) $atnm
below I have attached a picture of $atnm pipeline. as you can see they have an extensive pipeline with several treartments that are in different phases pre clinical, phase1, phase2, phase3! at $0.60 this is still a damned bargain, I will explain that later!
Now I normally ain't the biggest biotech fan (i like m&a plays which are merger and acquisition) but one look at this pipeline and i new i had stumbled onto something something special! i aslo stumbled into an M&A play (yay my favorite) I will explain this in a bit! $atnm
So 2 my favorite other drugs in the pipeline are Venetoclax which is a $abbv drug being ran with $atnm actimab-a. in studies vene by itself had a 0% survival rate after 40 days, with actimab-a 100% 40 day survival rate! think $abbv may be interested in acquiring that? or perhaps
there competition maybe? the 3rd and final drug combo that excites me is $jnj (johnson &johnson) Duratumumab (cd38) and $atnm ac-225 which is part of the awe technology which helps target cancer cells and lessen the exposure to normal tissues aka less toxic!
this treatment has the potential to be a blockbuster or trigger the much coveted buyout! $jnj market size for MM is 20 billion which jnj rakes in about 15% of that currently, now imagine $atnm makes there drug 86% more effective, whats that worth?when the drugs were ran together
it showed Tumor cell death in cell culture was increased as much as ten-fold following exposure to Ac-225 labeled daratumumab, approaching one-hundred percent cell death in certain cell lines..wow!! Think $jnj may be interested in that $atnm technology? they are in the proof of
concept stage so this may is a long ways out..however as stated earlier I like m&a play and that is exactly what this has turned into! in fact $atnm is in the pre-clinical stage with $jnj drug and showing never before seen success to my knowledge. look at this graph showing when
most biotech see buyouts..thats right pre clinical, now throw in the rest of the pipeline and you have a sexy attractive beast that any pharma would want to get there hands on! also oddly enough as mentioned earlier, $atnm is working with $abbv drug with great success so far, for
some reason abbvie magically forgave a 750k payment that $atnm owed them for some reason

This is all speculation but not without reason obviously! now one thing I always get questions on is price targets and predictions..i hate this cause I cannot stand the thought of people losing money based on advice given buy me, but ask and you will receive! i love comps and

those are some good comps. A buyout is simple to calculate, people always ask where I get that number, well lets say $jnj loves $atnm and wants to pay then 8 billion for there entire http://pipeline.you would take 8 billion and divide it by the atnms total outstanding shares.
( $atnm ceo pictured above if scenario played out lol) so you would get 8bill divided by 400 million (atnm outstanding shares) = $20 ish dollars a share.. b4 anyone gets at me about that price look at some of @ej23ny comps i posted earlier then talk to me!
so now for the big wrap up..why is this trading at $0.60 if it so damned special! well one look at the outstanding shares and you can see this thing has been diluted to hell and back!mix that in with delays and setbacks and what you have left is a clearance rack of Grade A stock!
investors always ask me when,when when i think the catalyst will be announced and what the price will be..simple answer is I do not know! but i know there are more than 5 due by the years end based on a milestone chart that $atnm released themself!
we are in unprecedented times with the company being in complete lockdown it seems and no PR releases? hmm this from a company that traditionally for the last 6 years has had a pr release monthly! like clockwork! i am thinking NDA!! something big is cooking..
anyhow, $atnm something big is coming and now is the time to get in, I always seem to be on the outside looking in before a big run up, now is the time to get your front row tickets to the show, I truly believe we are on the verge of something special..tick,tick,tick..
