One of the most important tools for success is your personal charisma.

Charisma allows you to command the room and draw other people to you.

It& #39;s a key part in being a leader and the reason why followers are willing to do anything for you.

So... is charisma something you& #39;re born with?

Not necessarily.

You don& #39;t need to have won the genetic lottery to have a charismatic persona.

You just need to work on yourself.

Charisma can be broken into three categories;

How did it make you feel?

Probably got a bit annoyed.

Now that smartphones have saturated modern life, being fully present is even harder.

The good news is that it’s now incredibly easy to set yourself
apart from the pack simply by being fully present with people.

Your role when being present is to make the other part feel important.

When doing that, the other part will feel better better about themselves after the interaction.

Increasing your charismatic Power may seem difficult.

You may think you& #39;ll need millions of dollars or have Jarvis on speed dial to seem Powerful.

But that& #39;s not the case.

Fake it until you make it!

When people perceive you as charismatic with power, they& #39;ll

You need have to have a genuinely good heart to be caring for other people.

There are two main ways to develop your inner warmth:
