thread of some good pakistani foods, drinks, and desserts !!! inspired by the indian food thread

btw, ik that india and pakistan share many dishes so please don’t hate me if i include indian ones in here too

nihari - considered pakistans national dish! this used to be one of my fav foods growing up

gola ganda - really common street food and they tend to walk around neighbourhoods often (like ice cream vans). it’s also really fun to watch them make it !!

halwa puri - seriously one of the best dishes ever especially for breakfast!

paratha - can be stuffed with potatoes and keema too (my fave way to eat it is for breakfast with mangos!!)

kulfi - really good but they tend to come with nuts often so obviously don’t eat if you’re allergic

seekh kebabs - i miss making these in pakistan with my family

lassi - so good!! (esp mango lassi)

chapli kebab - ngl i don’t like these but another really common pakistani food

falooda - so pretty and it tastes so good too!

chicken karahi - really popular and so good!

ras malai - so so good!! sometimes they come in heart shapes too

chicken biryani - what can i say about this one... absolute chefs kiss ++ eat with ur hands instead of a spoon for the best experience
