diet- the reason youâre maintaining on a low cal diet is because youâre probably not sticking to it. Unless your BMI is 11 you WILL LOSE eating like 500 cals. The reason you canât stick to it might be because itâs either too restrictive or youâre not weighing your food

1. My bmi is 16 so most days I eat under 300 cals, never over 800 and I donât really binge. I just eat proper foods. It is possible
