My thought/ on why GOT7 has such a geniune brotherly relationship among members :

The 3 non-Korean members are spread out in age from the oldest to the (almost) youngest in the team. Mark, Jackson, and BamBam didn’t grow up in cultures that have strict age hierarchy like SK+

So when the oldest one (Mark) in the group don’t expect to be treated like the head of the pack, or getting offended when not being spoken to in honorifics, it lessens the stress in the group to maintain the structure.

In addition, BamBam acts more daring towards older members+

and it got Yugyeom to act less timid towards his hyungs over the years.

Then you have Jackson in the middle constantly challenging JB on his birthday and birth year because they were born in the same year according to the western calendar but JB hyung per the lunar calendar +

The three of them combined made GOT7 to be less ridged in following a traditional and sometimes oppressing hierarchy. So they are more like equal and more like partners when it comes to their coorporation and decision making +

I’m not saying that this is the only factor. We also should consider that the Korean members are receptive towards a loosened up structure and enjoy the challenge presented by their younger brothers.
