Seen a lot of people hating Tommy& #39;s mod team recently, here& #39;s a thread for those people and nobody else.

Okay, so, I& #39;ve recently been seeing some hate towards Tommy& #39;s mod team. I would firstly like to remind you that there can be up to 15 thousand people in the chat with maybe only 4 or 5 mods which is around 3.5k people PER MOD. Obviously this can be quite a task to manage.

Just like all of you, the mod team are all HUMAN and are bound to make a few mistakes. Although we try our hardest, it& #39;s practically impossible to delete every bad message. Watching a chat go by for hours gets tiring.

If you believe you were "unfairly" banned or timed out, you need to DM a mod. Going to Twitter to complain about us is useless. It& #39;s our job to deal with that stuff.
