I messed up last time cuz I don’t know how to count. This here is actually the 20th of these palette challenges. Making a thread out of these as I should have from the start. Hooray! Here’s Psylocke from the X-Men but, more importantly, from those cool CPS2 Capcom games. 20/100

When in doubt, draw Dragon Ball. I don& #39;t think I& #39;ve ever drawn Frieza which is kinda upsetting honestly. Also, I wish this palette had just a tiny bit more difference in values for its lighter colors but hey, I work with what I have.
