Just putting it out there before I stream that: my bank lost 170$. I made a bill payment (can provide screenshot if you want proof before) and the bill recipient (my insurance) says they never got it, and the bank it just shrugging their shoulders at me. 1/

I need to make a new payment (min 100$) to my insurance so don't lose it. HOWEVER, the government has decided that I will not be receiving CERB next week (EXTREMELY stressed about this as I have other bills to pay) which means...I need some help making the payment 2/
