Also, this argument that a specific *technology* that turns private American data over to Chinese intelligence is equivalent to "expression" is specious at best.

Nobody is banning the right to use computers to communicate - just the proliferation of spyware by a hostile nation.
Trump's "move" to ban the app is an act to obscure actual American national security professionals doing the same thing for the right reasons, by the looks of it.

No more Wikileaks-style propaganda, please. Foreign spy services don't have "rights" in America.
