3299 are available. that's 47%. the hospitals are so empty they are laying off staff and slashing pay to stay alive.
508 COV. 7% of capacity. it could quadruple and not fill existing capacity.

we have had 225 total deaths on this whole island despite awful demographics for covid. PR is old and has loads of obesity and diabetes.

we STILL have a 10 PM curfew. all alcohol sales must stop by 7pm. and now, no stores can be open on sunday (except grocery) and no restaurants can serve food to stay on sunday.
