Re: Zero S2 time
Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan......
Man that was such a good first episode. Gathering my thoughts about it atm
Once again the author is proving you can take a gimmick like death restarts and keep it refreshing. Subaru can& #39;t fix his issues this time with death. The fact that he glances at the knife multiple times shows that he is still contemplating trying again.
I& #39;m actually a big fan of Crusch and it pains me to see her lose her memories. It& #39;s interesting seeing a usually intimidating character like herself being more mellow and considerate of others like this. Hope we get a lot more of her this season.
This entire scene was pretty good. The new sins seem even more threatening than Betelguese-sama. Something I found clever is that Greed, who doesn& #39;t like to fight, is wearing all white. Man doesn& #39;t want his clothes dirty. Gluttony& #39;s power is also so unique.
Most important thing I wanna speak on is how the character dynamics have been reversed. S1 was Rem supporting Subaru to protect Emilia and now the tables have turned. It& #39;s time for Emilia to be that pillar that Rem was in the past.
Damn no one interacted with my Re: Zero S2 post? Paaaaain. Anywho I& #39;m about to start ep 2. Lets goooo
ooo new character https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👀" title="Augen" aria-label="Emoji: Augen">
I wonder if she will be related to Emilia
Ep 2 sets up so many plot lines that are shrouded in mystery.

-Beatrice is very closely related to Betelguese. She also seems to know a lot about the cult
-Puck is missing and this is not the first time
-2 new characters. One being the Witch of Greed
This is certainly not what I expected the Sanctuary to be like
Aight time for episode 4. Heard its a real good one!
If we all had parents as wonderful as these 2 the world would be such a better place
I was actually expecting a more tragic back story but I loved what Subura& #39;s back story had to offer. He was just a kid overwhelmed by the expectations put on him because of who his dad was. His backstory has also added so much depth to his actions from S1.
Once again we have a common trope of this genre being handled perfectly. Always bugs me how quickly the characters just go along with being teleported to a new world. With this episode we understand why he accepted his fate quickly, considering that he no longer had the weight-
-of being his father& #39;s son on his shoulders. These new people had no expectations of him so he could just be himself and not be compared to anyone else.
I& #39;ll be catching up to S2 this weekend and posting my thoughts and reactions.
