IT GETS MUCH WORSE. In the extremely critical year of 2014, the Obama Administration ordered a massive stockpile of ventilators for the Federal Gov't to have by June 2019.

Not only did the TRUMP ADMINISTRATION allow unnecessary delays, ONCE THE PANDEMIC HIT, THEY IGNORED THE POTENTIAL TO GET THOSE VENTILATORS DELIVERED IN TIME.

WHEN COVID-19 STARTED KILLING AMERICANS - A MONTH AFTER SENDING CHINA OUR VENTILATORS - THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION MOVED THE DELIVERY DATE BACK TO SEPTEMBER 2022.

The Trump Administration then allowed the American taxpayer to get fleeced WHILE TAX REVENUES PLUMMETED DUE TO COVID SLAMMING INTO THE ECONOMY

Nobody paid more than the American taxpayer.
