1) Translation:

Justice Alexandre de Moraes, single handedly ordered Twitter and Facebook to suspend 16 accounts of journalists, writers, bloggers and a political party head. All conservatives, supporters of President Bolsonaro.

2) FB refused and appealed, forcing the case to be voted by all 11 justices. Moraes then upped the fine by 5 times the original.

Along with justice Toffoli, Moraes targets these 16 for fake news and for offending them on the web. They also refuse full access to the case file.

3) Several of them were arrested for 10 days. Their homes searched, equipment ceased. It’s a ‘judicial dictatorship’ against constitutional freedom of speech. They investigate, try, judge and sentence, in a clear breach of the very constitution they swore to protect.

4) The case gained international attention when former FB employee @realryanhartwig, told US congress that the platform targets conservatives, including in Brazil. Last month, FB took down several conservative pages, groups and accounts for ‘fake news’. ONLY conservatives.

5) Edson Lanza, special counsel of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, tweeted his concern over the censorship. Moreover, congress is set to vote such censorship into law, which is, of course, unconstitutional. @Biakicis a conservative Rep sent the case to the Court.

6) Meanwhile, the Electoral Supreme Court is judging a case to CANCEL the 2018 elections that put President Bolsonaro and Vice-president Mourão in office. Basis? Elected by paid fake news bots. I kid you not. Journalist @allanldsantos sources say votes are set to cancel.

7) Yesterday, Allan released shocking info: China, North Korea and Kakay, an extreme left attorney were wiretapping the president with sophisticated and expensive suitcases which are only available to law enforcement authorities. Justices knew it and DID NOT warn the president.

8) What can the executive branch do when the highest court of law consists of 11 outlaws, AND a corrupt senate president refuses to bring the dozens of impeachment petitions against them? That’s the million dollar question. God help us.
