Like as women we all want to be perceived as easygoing and agreeable (Nadia) and seeing someone who stands up for what she wants/doesn’t want (Aparna) is jarring and creates cognitive dissonance
There’s also a lot to be said with how the first reaction is to compare Nadia and Aparna with each other while all the men in the show are not pit against each other. They’re simply allowed to be themselves and seen as Pradhyuman and Vyasar and Akshay
