Good lord, what films *haven't* I watched more than five times, from The Wizard of Oz and March of the Wooden Soldiers to The Letter and All About Eve to Street Scene, Lady of Burlesque, Judy's A Star Is Born, and the Douglas Sirk remake of Imitation of Life? https://twitter.com/ElawReads/status/1289223802044456960
To say nothing of Murder by Death, Murder on the Orient Express, and Murder by Decree.
And Summer Stock.
Summer Stock is among my favorite MGM musicals because it's full of actual human issues: wrestling with complacency and settling for less because you think you don't deserve better and embracing ambition.

Plus I like the Gene and Phil number with the feet and the dogs.
Plus the way Gene portrays an intense physical attraction to, for a change, someone other than himself.
