But it's not what you can do, over an entire school year, if there is an "acceptable" level of Covid circulation of 30.4k new cases a month, as is Westminster policy.
And given the events around opening up in England, and the lag in the data, it looks like New Case rates in England are already locked in to breaching the "acceptable" threshold in a week or two.
