This man is a fraud!
The #RapportMapping he is referring to was rejected by the UN sanctions committee for serious methodological flaws. It was edited and all fallacious accusations with no evidence removed. But the flawed version was leaked to media..

The validated version of the #RapportMapping was never spoken of by the media or NGOs because it doesn’t serve their purpose.

The fake version serves as the Bible to all frauds like this man.

Imagine speaking of a draft of a report, instead of the actual final report..

Some of the methodological flaws included interviewing former genocidaires as key informants - who proceeded to accuse Rwanda of all ills.

But most embarrassing was that the coordinator of the group of experts who coauthored the report was one Steve Hegues, an FDLR sympathizer..

Prior to being hired by the UN for that research he had published a string of blogs trying to sanitize the FDLR as a bonafide freedom fighting movement, hiding all their crimes in DRC, and the fact that they are on Rwandan, US, UN terrorist lists.

In the article attached below Hegues recommended that FDLR would only return to Rwanda if someone found a way to damage Rwanda's image in the international community in order to force them to negotiate with FDLR.

When he was hired to work on the report he took his FDLR apologist blog down. But of course we kept invoices.
When this article was uncovered, the UN was embarrassed, Steve Hegues was fired and went into hiding and depression..

None of that story was ever reported, because @hrw and most western media had made themselves publishers of the fake #RapportMapping and its disgraced author.

They couldn't bear the shame. But then UNSG Ban-Ki-Moon decided to burry the report; which is interesting...

Because his predecessor Koffi Annan was the one who had funded it and hired that team of Rwandan haters to write it.. It was the last action as UNSG before leaving office.

A man who was in charge of UN Peace Keeping and had failed Rwanda during the genocide against the Tutsi, by ignoring or hiding several calls and Faxes by Romeo Dallaire to intervene;

A puppet of then French government, which rewarded him after the genocide by appointing him UNSG

This is the man who was trying to hide his failure by accusing the RPF, which stopped the genocide, of heinous crimes: He failed! The draft report which was calling for international sanctions and prosecution under fabricated accusations was exposed and rejected by his successor.

Koffi Annan died. Now this impostor of the 25th hour @DenisMukwege seems to have discovered the moon with his #RapportMapping.

He is clueless about all this of course, so I thought I should catch him up as a new comer in the game and tell him to find another dead horse to flog.

When he received his Nobel Prize he allegedly declared that he will use it against Rwanda.

I find that exciting, I'd like to see him try!

It won't be the first time an impostor wins the Nobel. I have no beef with him, but it will be my pleasure to expose his bigotry.

He should touch base with Steve Hegues, Mudacumura, @KenRoth, etc. and hear how their story with Rwanda ended. We are still here.
