A bag of palm leaves + Dry banana leaves

Season the meat with spices + We cover the marinated meat with dry banana leaves.

We put the meat coated with dry banana leaves in a palm frond bag.

Final step

We put the palm frond bag in a deep hole full of hot charcoal for a whole day.
